Britney tops Yahoo search results for 2006

Contrary to what your mom may have told you, wearing no underwear apparently does pay off. According to Yahoo, Britney Spears just reclaimed her throne of being the most searched for term for the year 2006.

As usual, terms "world peace", "war in Iraq", "end poverty and hunger" and the like must take a bow to game consoles, celebrities with no panties and similar themes - at least when we talk about Yahoo search results for 2006. I doubt that Google's results will be much different, though.
